I had long wanted to get another dog, but my parents thought one dog was enough and Lulu didn't need a friend. However, when my parents divorced, an opportunity arose.
Choosing a breed was not difficult, as the grands had already taken my heart away and I could not have imagined any other breed. I reserved a gbgv male from interesting parents from Lulu's breeder. The puppies were born in late March 2011, 2 females and 6 males. This time we got a male, who was named Zorro.
Zorro was my soulmate, my shadow, my mama's boy in spirit and blood. The connection between us was something unique. He was so strongly my dog.
Zorro was a special person: extremely stubborn, funny and in his own way goofy. He brought a smile to everyone's face every day with his funny expressions, strange sounds and unique personality. He was a tough guy, but also a sensitive boy who loved closeness, doing things together and participating in everything.
Zorro eventually developed lymph node cancer. Fortunately, he was able to live out his happy life to the end: he met his important people, got treats, played, did Nosework, and lived life to the fullest – just like he always did before. Thank you Zorro for all the 11.5 years I had with you. Life with you was full of laughter and love. I will still carry you with me in my memories – until the end.
